It becomes obvious then that one can combine the best down filling material with the latest light durable fabric, plus special way of sewing to make up the original Travpal jacket as it is today.

 

Recently a method for stitch free quilting is developed with the heat transfer tape bonding technology. This, together wiht a waterproof & breathable coating has enabled the development of a truly waterproof down jacket.
